Better Replay is smart. It will selectively rate limit your recordings so that you don't use your monthly allowance too quickly. It will spread your 10,000 sessions out throughout the month.

No catch. We do not sell or distribute your data in any way. Our parent company is already profitable and we're looking to expand our product offerings. Better Replay is free while in beta.

Better Replay is GDPR friendly, as an unidentified session is just that, unidentified, and as such recording that session for the purpose of session replay/session playback is ok.

Note that it is possible to capture personal or sensitive data passively if you are recording forms or pages where personal data is inputted or displayed on your website or application.

It is important that you audit your own site and ensure all appropriate form fields or elements are excluded before you start recording. Not to worry, as Better Replay provides easy to manage ways to exclude forms from being recorded.

With session replay we do the best we can to re-create the user’s actions on your site. The technology that powers Better Replay is very very complex and its impossible to get it perfect on every site all the time. We do the best we can and keep improving! Also note that Better Replay does not record inside of iframes due to browser limitations.
